Iam going to Harbin end of December. I wanted to purchase mobile phone pre-paid sim card. where is the most convenience place to purchase it.
Apprecaite that someone able to tell me

The pre-paid sim card could be purchased easily in Harbin. You could get one when you arrive at Harbin Airport, or at these agents located in downtown Harbin, which are titled with 'China Mobile' or 'China Unicom'.
