How can I apply for 1 week tourist visa to China and what is the document?

I'm a student from East Timor but right now I'm studying in the Philippines and holding student visa. How can I apply for 1 week tourist visa and what is the document? Thank you.

Prepare your original passport, application from to China (both V2011A and V2011B), photo, tickets and hotel bookings in China, your student visa in Philippines in advance. You can submit your application to Chinese embassy or consulate over your area of residence in Philippines.
