1. From Lo Wu How do we get to Window of the World
2. Can we get Visa all by ourselves?

Take Shenzhen Subway Line 1 from LoWu to Window of the World. It is quite probabaly that you can not get visa in Lo Wu Border. So, apply for Chinese Visa in Philippine.

I know what you mean. That kind of visa is only for minor overseas visitors. So, have a visa in advance.
