About:Chinese Consulate in Melbourne

My partner holds a Chinese passport but is currently living in melbourne, Australia. She will be going on a holiday travelling to hong kong - Macau - hong kong - taiwan - hong kong then returning back to Australia. Can she apply a visa from here Melbourne and will she require a multi pass visa.

She needs to apply for an entry permit to HK through the consulate in Melbourne if she has no Exit-Entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macau (港澳通行证). And it should be with multiple entries.
