A. You can take airport express to Hong Kong station, and then walk to Central through the underground tunnel to take bus no. 629 to ocean park. I don't think it's convenient to take luggage with you to visit ocean park, so you can just store your luggage at Pier 3 of Central.
B. You can take bus no. 629 back to Central for HKD10.6 to take your luggage and then take bus no. 1 to Hung Hom subway station ofr HKD9.3, and Harbour Plaza Metropolis is just on the opposite.
C. You can take the hotel's free shuttle to Tsim Sha Tsui to take a ferry to macau.
D. You may take a ferry back to China ferry terminal at TST, then change to Hk MTR tsuen wan line from TST to lai king, trnasfer to tung chung line to sunny bay to take disneyland resort line to disneyland. The ferry fare is around HKD140, and the MTR fare is about HKD25.
E. you can take disneyland resort line to sunny bay to take tung chung line to tung chung station to do some shopping at Citygate Outlets near the subway station. Finally, take bus no. S1 to HKIA for HKD3.5, taking about 45 minutes.
