It costs about 50-60MOP by taxi from the ariport to the hotel, much nearby from the macau ferry terminal. For each ferry jet company, the ferry ticket is different, about 140-160MOP, more expensive in weekends and publich holidays. I suggest you take the free shuttle bus operated by the hotel outside Macau Ferry Terminal. As to must try cuisine, I suggest you to to the stores nearby Senado Square/St. Paul's Church area and the street Rua do Cunha in Taipa. Except Portuguese dishes, you should not miss egg tart, Yee Shun Milk, fresh fruit mix, crab congee in Casa de Pasto Seng Choeng (a restaurant), etc.
