About:Huanglong National Scenic Reserve

Hi,
I'm planning to visit China next week. Has Huanglong Scenic and Historic Interest Area reopened after the conservation or is it still closed? How far is the travel to Panda viewing? Can it both be done in one day?

Huanglong Scenic are has been open since April 1st afeter the maintainance. Will you visit Chengdu Panda Base or Bifengxia Panda breeding center?
