About:Changsha Railway Station

Please advise what is the cheapest way from my hotel (Express by Holiday Inn Causeway Bay) to Butterfly on Prat Boutique Hotel (TST). please advise several options and estimated price. I will be leaving Causeway Bay around 6 to 7 pm.

You can walk to Causeway Bay Station A to take metro to Admiralty and transfer to Tsuen Wan line to Tsim Sha Tsui. Get out of the station from exit D2, you can easily walk to Butterfly on Prat. It costs about HKD10.5 and this may be the best way for you.
