About:Chinese Holidays

i want to ask if SHANGHAI EXIT-ENTRY BUREAU will be closed on 4,5 april due to holidays?
other problem is....
i wanted to extend my wife's visa in Shanghai. Marriage document needed an authentication from Chinese embassy Pakistan. so shanghai exit entry refused to give me a visa but they gave me 15 days time to attest the document from chinese embassy in pakistan. the procedure took 16 days already and my document is coming in 1, 2 days. i have receipt of DHL service n scanned copy of attested document... will they give me any problem if it takes 2 days late only???

yes, SHANGHAI EXIT-ENTRY BUREAU will be closed because of the Qingming Festival. Idon't think it will matter much that your docuemnts sent to the bureau 2 days later than requested because of objective reasons.

Thanks Kevin.....infact Chinese Embassy pakistan says they will attest in 1 day.but they took 8 days just for attestation. so it was not my fault to get late...Thanks for ur reply...will the DHL be working in holidays? im waiting for their delivery.

DHL in China works in public holidays.
