Hi,I was wondering if it's worthwhile or possible to do a day trip to Qingcheng Shan from Chengdu?  We are hoping to be able to return to Chengdu at night.  Any advice would be much appreciated!

It's possible to make a day trip to Qingchengshan from Chengdu, since it only takes about 45 minutes by bullet train from Chengdu to Qingchengshan. There are also tourism buses from Chengdu railway station Square to Dujiangyang City, taking sbout 45 minutes. Then you can take bus no. 101 to qingchengshan directly for about 20 minutes.
