i am planning to visit chengdu late august what weather well be i also like to visit tibet give some information abeut tour and fly from chengdu thankyu

Late August is suitable for you visit both Chengdu and Lhasa. The whether will be mild and humid in Lhasa. Yes, there is direct flight available between Chengdu and Lhasa, but you need to find a travel agency to help you apply for Tibet Travel permit first.
