About:Qingming Festival

because of Tomb-sweeping Day the exit & entrance administration Shanghai Security Bureau is closed. will it resume to its normal hours this Wednesday or will it be back open Thursday?? I tired calling but I cant understand. Please help!

The holiday is from March 3-5, and all of the government offices companies and factories will return to normal on Wednesday.
