Dear Sir,I confirm that I will land at Hangzhou on 12 June 2011. But I need to go to Urumqi before 23 June 2011 by train. Is it possible for me to purchase the rail ticket? I have no idea where will stay, so I do not have the hostel address.Can I buy the ticket at Hangzhou (from Urumqi to Chengdu)?

The tickets are often on sale around 10 days before departure date. You could buy the tickets for Urumqi-Chengdu at Hangzhou Railway station after your arrival. But it is not sure that the tickets are still available at that time. For sure, you could book the tickets online. But hotel address in mainland is required; in that case issued tickets could be delivered to you.
