About:China Visa Fees

Hi, I would like to ask some questions. It was just happened that my passport was returned to me without any new visa. Now, I am already one month and half overstayed here in China. Can I report to the PSB even I dont have my temporary permit residence? What should I do? Thank you so much.

You can go to PSB and you also need to pay for the penalty and stay for some days for exit visa, now, money is not the most important issue, anyhow, you violate the Chinese law, overstay in China for one more months. If you don't cooperate with the police, you will be prohibited to enter China for a long time.
