What is the best time of the year to go there
I nelieve in winter it must be freezing
I would also like to meet the YI people, and then go to YUANG YUANG, AND THEN TO VIETNAM BY TRAIN

I think spetember and October is the best time to visit there. Very hot to be there in summer.
