how often does the bus go from railway station to terra cotta Warriors? Is there a place to store bages\ briefcases before entering the site?

The buses to Terra Cotta Warriors will be departed very frequently. There should be one in 5~15 minutes.

Yes, there is service center where you could leave luggage before entering into the musuem. On the other hand, if you will come back to Xian, it is suggested that you leave luggage at the railway station.
