There are still two direct buses to Hangzhou from Pudong airport, the time is 17:30 and 19:30. The ticket fare is 100rmb for single trip and need perhaps three hours. if you want to take train, you can take airport Bus Line 7 to Shanghai south Railway Station. Bullet train ticket is 54rmb per person and ordinary trains are cheaper. You can get to Hangzhou in 1.5 - 2.5 hours by train.
