About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

I arrive Shanghai on 1-Apr & my return flight is on 1-May at 12.30am, being the case, is 1-May consider as 1 day stay as I'm only allow max of 30 days stay per entry.

So even if I am to check in & exchange for my boarding pass & clear China immigration at 11pm on 30-Apr, it will still be consider as 1 day stay on 1-May?

If you are to check in & exchange for your boarding pass & clear China immigration at 11pm on 30-Apr, it won't be considered as 1 day stay on 1-May

Yes, 1st May is considered as 1 day stay. You will stay in China for 31 days in total counted from 1st April to 1st May.
