Hi, I will e travelling to kaoshiung 28/3/11.. How is the weather in kaoshiung that time. I will be staying in kaoshiung for 1 month. Is there any festival going on during my stay there? tq for the info

Most of the days will be fine and the average temperature could reach 25C during daytime in Kaoshiung. Generally, March and April is mild time in Taiwan.
