The application time is between January and April every year, but not sure the accurate deadline of this year.1

You Can Submit Application Online On China Scholorship Council's Website. Then Print This Application And Sent To China Embassy In Your Country ♥1

First of all you will call to the relevant university. You can trace the number from their website. They will ask to submit your soft copy through email. and then you will be ask for a hard copy of the documents. A list they will provide.
1. Application form which you have filled online
2. Passport copy
3. 2 reference letters
4. 2 passport size photos
5. medical certificate from Medical Specialist
6. final transcript and diploma (Attested from an authority in your country such as I got this from HEC in Pakistan and then Foreign Affairs )
7. Purpose of the study mean your proposal should be at least 800 words.
8. Publication letters if applicable0
