hi I orderd a cosplay wig from cosplaydna off ebay it's my first time doing this the last I checked on usps.com it says Detailed Results:

my tracking number is RA028606886CN it's been two weeks and it still hasn't arrived i have contacted the seller and she only sent one email back about the details of the item nothing after that i talked to ebay's customer service rep and she said file a case if it hasn't arrived by 3/23/2011 which i have now i have to wait another 7 days for her to respond to this what do i do
