It is possible to go from Qibao to ZhouZhuang or Zhujiajiao by public transportation? Would it be expensive to take a taxi between these cities?

Yes, it will be expensive to take taxi. Possible to go by public tranportation but it may be not very easy for you. For example, you should take bus 91 at Fuqiang Jie, Qibao to Wujiaxiang and then change to Shangzhu Bue Line to Zhujiajiao. From Zhujiajiao, you have to take bus to Qingpu Bus Station first and change to buses to Zhouzhuang then.
