About:Chinese Embassy in Nepal

Dear Sir,

I would like to know weather the Chinese Embassy of Nepal issue the permits and visa for Tibet in March and the starting period of April for the tourists.

You'd better contact a travel agency which organizes Tibet Tours, they should be familiar with the Tibet Entry Permit
