I m staying at Baicao Garden, Bantian Longgang

How long does it take from Baicao Garden to WOW. ALso which Bus no. goes from Baicao Garden to WOW

Take bus 328 from Bai Cao garden for 34 stops, then get off at Baishizhou Station. Then it is less than 1km to WOW. You can take a taxi.
