I am a Ghanaian. My invitation to obtain visa and travel to China has been approved by the Chinese Foreign Department. This was approved in China and all the documents have been sent to me. Can I apply for the visa while in abroad or I have to apply in Ghana only? Am asking because I have to travel to another country where Chinese embassy can be found. Please note that I have 5-year multiple valid visa for that country. Thanks
