You can take directlt Subway Line 2 from the PuDong airport to People's Square.(Exit No.11 is closest to your hotel,Exit No.10 or 9 is also ok,it is a very huge station,don't be lost! ).Then you only need to walk about 5mins to get to your hotel.

Or you can take the maglev at the Pudong airport to LongYang Road(the terminal)only takes about 8mins,then you can take Subway Line2 to People's Square
