About:Dual Nationality

hullo sir, l would like to known if a mother from another nationality gives birth in china, those the knew born baby automatically hold a chinese citizenship. can the mother also qualify to gain citizenship?

The baby automativally hold a Chinese citizenship if one of his parent is Chinese citizen. This is the precondition. Even if the baby gets Chinese citizenship automativally, the mother can not gain citizenship at that moment.
