About:Chinese Consulate in Melbourne

Hi,

My wife needs to renew her Chinese passport in Australia. She currently holds a Temporary Visa (while waiting for the Permanant Visa to be issued). The recorded information from the Chinese Visa office is unclear, and I have been unsuccessful trying to talk to an operator there. Can she obtain her replacement passport at the Melb. visa office?

Thankyou for the advice.
I have searched but it is proving difficult to locate the Chinese Passport application form online. Does anyone know how to find it on the internet?

Mr.Kevin, the Chinese passport application form can be found from the Chinese version of the official website of China consulate in Melbourne, your Chinese wife can find and read it, please refer to http://melbourne.china-consulate.org/chn/hzqz/dybg/P020110123433783976508.pdf

She can apply for a new Chinese passport from Chinese consulate in Melbourne. The documents required are her original passport, application form for China passport, 3 recent photos, copies of passport information page and temporary Australian visa.
