Hello, can you tell me if the famous Family Liu restaurant in Beijing's hutong quarters still exists?

Yes, still exist. I think you mean the 刘宅食府 located in Jiangjiadayuan Hutong, Meishuguan Dongjie, opposite Sanlian Bookstore.
