About:Chinese Consulate in Perth

I am an australian citizen making own travel arrangements as a tourist to visit xian and beijing.What information do I need to enter into 4.7and 4.8 of the application form regarding contacts can you please advise me.

If you have no proper answers to such items, yuo can just put N/A there. BTW, is the application form you use the old version? V2011A is the new one for China visa application. Anyway, the old one is ok for use until June 30.
