About:Shanghai Travel

Hi,

I am arriving in Shanghai Pudong Terminal 2 for the first time in April 3 at 2.30pm.
I would need some advise on how to get to my hotel. I am staying at Manhattan Bund Business Hotel, No.81-85 Dianchi Road,Shanghai, China,200002.
If i take a cab, how long would be the journey and cost compared against taking a train. I understand that taking a train would be faster but since i do not speak mandarin, how do i get to the train from the airport and which station do i get off.

The hotel is very close to East Nanjing Road subway station. You can take subway line 2 from the airport to East Nanjing Road, then walkabout 2 minutes, you will find the hotel. Well, there are English signs in the airport which can leading you find the subway station of line 2. You can also ask for the airport staff for help in English. It only costs about CNY7.
If you take a taxim the taxi fare will be about CNY140.

Hi.
Do not take the cab,it takes around 1 hours if the trafic is ok.
Just take the Metro Line 2, and take off at Waitan station near Nanjing road . your hotel is just 10 munites around by walk.
You do not need to know Chinese ,cuase the metro has Engish broadcasting .
Good luck !

I do not have to change train? Its direct from the Airport to East Nanjing Road station?
