About:Temple of Heaven

I plan to visit temple of heaven at 6am but it says the scenic spot is open at 8am.whats the scenic spot area?does it include hall of prayer for good harvest?

What I get is that temple of heaven opens 06:00-22:00.

Yes, the scenic spot area include the hall of prayer for good harvest and many others.
It opens at 08:00 inside.
