About:Hangzhou Travel

Hi, I wish to visit Hangzou whilst visiting Shanghai, and would like to travel on the bullet train from Hongqiao. I see trains leave about every 20 minutes or so. Do I need to purchase tickets in advance, or should I purchase my ticket at the station on the day of travel? Thanks.

If you will not travel during the public holiday, it is easily to purchase the train ticket at the railway station on the spot.

Now it is not the peak season like Chinese spring festival or holiday, so you don;t need to buy the tickets in advance,as you can go there and buy it at any time.
