About:Power Plugs / Sockets in China

In the Chinese socket, are the 2 slanted slots the 220v (110v on each socket)and the 3rd slot is a ground,I hope. Is the the 220volt single phase, or 3 phase?

A very special question! I think the 220V is 3 phrase. You may ask an electrician for exact answer.

It is single phase, similar to in the US.
