Your hotel is close to the Tai Wo Hau station on the Tsune Wan Lane of Hong Kong metro. It is suggested that you use it to other parts.
You could take the metro to Admiralty station and then walk to Wan Chai and Causeway Bay, both of which are shopping centers in Hong Kong. To the Ladies Market, you should take the metro and get off at Mong Kok. Then, from Exit E2, you could walk to the market. Disneyland could also be reached by metro, much easier and memorable than taking a bus.
The Ocean Terminal is located in Tsim Sha Tsui, where you could take metro back to the hotel directly. It is suggested that you collect a Hong Kong Map with metro, on which these locations should be recognized clearly.
As for the itinerary, it is suggested that you take metro or the hotel free bus to Tsim Sha Tsui in the morning and then walk down along the Nathan Road to the Avenue of Stars. Then, you could do shopping in Tsim Sha Tsui, such as Harbour City and DFS. In the afternoon, go to the Ladies Markets and other shopping centers in Mong Kok. On the next day, you could take metro from the hotel to Central directly, and then walk to visit the Victoria Peak. In the afternoon, proceed to Wan Chai and Causeway Bay on foot or a bus quickly. Around 19:00, it is suggested that you take a ferry or metro back to the Avenue of Stars and enjoy the Symphony of Lights at 20:00. Besides, you could spend one day in Disneyland and another day to Macau.
