About:Beijing South Railway Station

What is the best way from Beijing South Railway Station to West Railway Station?

Hi, kindly some advice for the best way to get Beijing West Railway Station from Beijing South Railway Station. If by taxi or bus, how long it takes and how much it cost?

Btw, I wanna go to Xi'an on 1 April 2011. Is it possible for me to get hard sleeper or soft sleeper ticket at Beijing West Railway Station at the same time, or i have to make reservation first from now?. thank you for the information.

You could take bus No.72 from Beijing South Railway Station to the West Railway Station. Both of the bus and the taxi will take you about 25 minutes. If you take a taxi, the fare is about CNY30.

Well, it is suggested that you purchase the train ticket to Xi'an 2~3 days in advance at the railway station on the spot. The railway station doesn't accept reservation.
