Beside taking bus A21 from the airport ground transportation center to Man Ming Lane, Nathan Road, is there another way, like taking the MRT to Casa Hotel ? Please advise, thanks

Taking metro will be complicated and more expensive. At the airport, you should take the Airport Express train (HKD90) to Kowloon station and then take a cab (HKD20 at least)to the hotel.
