About:Yinchuan Hedong Airport

Dear sir, i am a amputee. i saved my money and flew business class to London stopped over at k.l. I must say the quality of the class i was in was very disappointing. the flight from Adelaide to k.l. and return was very bad the class I spent all my money on hoping I would be experiencing the pleasure of business class after reading what you had to offer was very misleading. I read your broshore on what you said i would get for my money and the plane was very old and didn’t have the features I was lead to believe. I am a yearly traveler and i am devastated at the price i paid for the ticket expected a lot more. I am looking to travel back to London in june/july. i hope i can be compensated i some way as i was sadly taken on one of your older fleet planes if you would have advised me about my plane .i wouldn’t have taken the trip. I feel i wasn’t given what you say you give in the broshure. i hope to here back soon .thank you.

Oh, sorry to hear that! Anyway, you are suggested to contact the airlines directly for compensation. You may call its customer service center to solve this issue.
