You should go to the one that holds the consular jurisdiction of the area you reside for visa application. Check it first if you need to drop your visa application to Auckland. Generally, you need to pay by EFTOPS, Credit Card (Visa Card & Master Card Only), Bank Cheque or Money Order which is payable to CONSULATE GENERAL OF THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA IN AUCKLAND when you collect your visa at the visa office in person. Cash, personal cheque and company cheque are not accepted.
