who is allowed in the forbidden city? Is it only the emperor or high ranking officials too?Oh and this article helped me a lot oI had to do a essay on this for my school and this provded me with most of the informaton I needed so again thanks a lot and if anyone knows the answer to the questions that I still have please reply ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!

Except the emperors and their family dependants, maids, enuch and guards, officials who were called in and specifically permitted people, common people can not get closer and enter.
