Hi Consul,I will plan a trip to apply my Visa to China (come in person to apply a visa Same day rush service) in Consulate-General of the People's Republic of China in San Francisco.Can you tell me as normal case, how long should I wait to hand in my application form (Assume I can get in around 9am)?Thank you for your help!

You should better prepare all required documents and fill out the applicaiton form before going. Generally you need obtain queue number upon arrival at the visa office and submit your application when your number is called. It takes more than 1 hour.
