Can I drop off my China tourist Visa application at the Toronto Consulate and have it returned to me by mail or courier, or do I need to pick it up?

Applications by mailing are not accepted at Toronto Consulate. The Mail Back Service is not available, either. You can entrust others to pick up your visa with the receipt if you can not come in person.
