There are many kindergarten here. Do you need an international one, I mean teach in English?

Hi Jiejie Thank you for your reply. My friend is hoping that there is an international kindergarten (English)... Is there one ? If there is please advise the details. If not what is the option - a local one ? Thanks Lucie
