Dear Consulate,
I am an Australian passport holder and I have a valid 港澳居民內地通行證.
I have joined a tour to Shanghai in May, I am confident I can to use 港澳居民內地通行證 to enter China. However, I am starting to worry as a friend told me someone (an Australian passport holder) was refused to enter mainland china by using 港澳居民內地通行證. By checking the responses in "Q&A on China Consulate Melbourne "session, I am confused. Are there any regulations or guidelines to govern the situation but not the strict immigration officers' decision to refuse your entry. I do not want my entry to be denied as I am excited to travel in mainland China especially everything is planned. I don't want my tour to China turn into a disaster. What shall I do? Where can I find the explicit rule stated that I can use my 港澳居民內地通行證 to enter China? Advices, please!!!
Thank you.
