About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

I am a Canadian citizen visiting in Singapore, and I'd like to visit China for a week before returning to Singapore again. I'll be taking a round trip flight from Singapore to China.

I am wondering whether I can apply for my China visa in Singapore. You have listed PR, WP, EP, STP, DP as eligible Singapore visas.

What about the Social Visit Pass (which is what I'm currently on)?
