I am an Indian, flying over to Shanghai/Pudong for my long-term employment into Software industry.

1/ Can I take 2 hand bags while on-boarding flight - (One for laptop, Other for normal packing. )
2/ What is the Avg. Room rent available for a single person, nearby Pudong IT office areas.
3/ What is the Avg. Daily expenses can I expect (including all expense - for a foreigner).
