So far as I know, Qinhuangdao train station is under reconstruction. By train, you could reach Longjiaying train station or Beihaiguan Station in Qinhuangdao and then take a bus to the city center. Or, you can take bus from Beijing Bawangfen Bus Terminal to Qinhuangdao directly.
