About:Beijing Hutong

I will be staying at Beijing Leo Courtyard next month and the hostel is behind Qianmen Shanxi Xiang. Is this hostel in the Hutong area? How large is the hutong area consist of beside this Shanxi Xiang street. Is Chao Yang Men area also has hutong?

Yeah, Beijing Leo Courtyard is located at the hutong area of Qianmen. It's said that there are 8 hutongs at Qianmen area. As far as I know, there is no hutong at Chaoyangmen.

Thanks Bruce. I have another question. I heard there is an underground city in hutong and whereabout it is. Will it be near to Beijing Leo Courtyard ?
