we are visiting chengdu in may 6 2011 & leaving on may 14 2011.

Question

We are visiting Chengdu in May 6 2011 & leaving on May 14 2011. If visiting on our own to Leshan & Emei, what bus transport to take.  Where should we stay, Leshan or Emei Pls advice all details. If take day trip to Leshan & the next day trip to Emei better or stay ovenight in one of this place, which is better ??

In the early morning, you could take a bus from Chengdu New South Gate Bus Station to Leshan and then in the afternoon transfer to Mt. Emei in the afternoon. It is suggested that you climb to the mountain top and stay over there. The next early, you could watch the charmin sunrise and then go down to the foot for a bus back to Chengdu.
