I will appreciate learning of an Agency or individual to help me travel from Yichang to Wushan via Hydrofoil. I will need lodging there and other assistance.

I think you may just go to the hydrafoil ferry pier as what James advise below. For language problem, I think you may hire a local English Guide through Travel China Guide.
